Seaward Enterprises Association of Newfoundland and Labrador Inc. (SEA-NL) is a non-profit organization incorporated in May 2021, and formally constituted during the founding convention on Feb. 8th, 2022. On Feb. 25th, 2023 the SEA-NL Constitution was amended to accept donations, gifts, legacies and bequests.
